Pissed off!!

Ed Morse Fiat has torn apart my girlfriend's Fiat three weeks ago. They can't put it back joke. This dealer has cost her several hundred dollars and frustration. We hope to tow the car to another dealer this week for repairs. Dealership says "we don't have Tech's. No parts. It takes a master tech to assemble the car. " Service mgr. Will not return phone calls. General mgr. Will not return calls. We have called the local television station and asked for help I resolving these issues. We have contacted Fiat USA and received no response. My advice....never buy or have your vehicle worked on by Ed Morse!

The New Brandon Auto Mall by Ed Morse

I saw the complaints about the Brandon Auto Mall and wanted everyone to know that there is a new Brandon Auto Mall in Brandon, It is owned by Ed Morse Automotive and they have been around for a long time. I went there and the people and the cars were great. I just wanted everybiody to knwo so that they don't get confused and not shop there. They have great cars and a real nice place! I think anyone loking for a used car needs to go there. I went there and I am really considering one of their cars.

While it may be a good place to buy a car the service center is not a good as it was. I have been having cars serviced for 8 years and bought three vehicles when it was a Saturn dealership.

The general manager Pete Snelling is rude and unprofessional. The service department does not seem to know what they are doing.


The new brandon auto mall by Ed Morse is fantastic. Great sales people and no pressure to buy.

"Brandon AutoMall" Tampa,Fl Buyers beware

I had just bought a car from Brandon Automall only a day later to found out from my mechanic the car was involved in an accident. This is despite the car fax that was shown to me before the purchase. To make it even worse, when I mention about the accident to the dealership manager,he was very "sarcastic" and said I had already bought the car and they cannot do anything about it. I had asked the manager why was that information not disclosed to me as a customer at the time of the purchase and the answer I received was "we were not a ware of the accident" and if I want I can call a lawyer since they "the Dealership" have two lawyers working for them. In other words, there is nothing I can do about it and that is my problem now.Hence, as a consumer I'm warning anyone who is planning to purchase a car at "Brandon Automall" to think twice.My experience tells me these people they are honest and all they care is about moving those cars out of their lots by any means necessary.

There is a new Brandon Auto Mall that has nothing to do with the old owners. It is owned by Ed Morse and the name is Brandon Auto Mall by Ed Morse.

It is located on Causeway Blavd. in Brandon.

I understand that they are accepting the Car Care packages that the old brandon Auto Mall sold. You should check it out.


What a joke! Ernie Haire Ford owned Brandon Automall closed forever.

They never said a word to me. After buying my car there, I also purchase a CarCare package as I've done with previous cars and when I called to make my oil change appointment, the lady on the line said there closed. Okay, when will they open? Oh, there closed for good.

Huh, okay thank you. What could I say?

After hearing the bad reviews, I was glad to see them go. :?
