I ordered a samsung 24" 1080p hdtv/montior for $399.99 on 8/20/21 despite numerous emails i have received no responses or updates in regards to this order. In addition, numerous phone calls have not been answered, or a response to numerous voice mail messages

Advertising fraud
I purchased a white Vizio TV from brandnewdealsusa.com in March 2014. Their website claimed "Full Manufacturer's Warranty".
Four months later, in July 2014 the earphone jack broke. I contacted Vizio Warranty repair and was told there was not warranty. Vizio said this TV had been sold to Sam's Club in March of 2013, a full year before I purchased it from brandnewdealsusa.com.
Since I did not purchase the TV directly from Sam's Club, there was no warranty. I contacted brandnewdealsusa.com and they refused to pay for the repair or replace the white Vizio with a comparable style TV or refund me for my purchase.
I also have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission for False Advertising.

BEWARE OF BRANDNEWDEALSUSA.COM!!!!
I bought a TV from Brandnewdealsusa.com. After two weeks of no communication I began to call them.
They never answered the phone, or returned my calls. I started a dispute with PayPal, and after over a month the TV shows up in the original box purchased from Sam's Club. Without any additional packaging the TV base had come loose in the box and punctured the 65" TV screen. Their Web site clearly says they will exchange at their own expense any damaged product.
It has now been two months with no phone calls. PayPal says I have to pay to ship it back if I want them to help get a refund. This company took my money and did nothing but lie, and ignore me. They owe me $1,200!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
