I placed an order over a month ago, I followed instructions to a "T", I then sent 3 emails asking for status, I heard nothing. Went to website and spoke to "Live" rep who said they passed on instructions (as I originally gave them in email with logo). Today I get a voicemail stating "they do not have enough of the product in stock and what would i like to do?" Well that decision was easy, I cancelled the order and now will begin my campaign to make sure others never use this "Company" again... they have the worst response time, horrible customer service and end result I DID NOT get what I paid for.
