No support to regain access to my account

- - Now it asks me to set up a new account.
- - Was promised a phone call; still waiting.
Don’t get sucked in by this company. They never even tried to get my access back to my account and have yet to respond to my request to cash out my balance.
I updated my telephone number in the app before logging in so I'd get the code to the correct phone number. Now it wants me to set up a new account.
Where's the account I already set up?
The one with my earnings, linked accounts, sign-ins, and my payout account information? Was promised a phone call, still waiting.

Nothing has happened. I still can't cash out.
It's been over a month. This has been ridiculous. And on top of everything, there is not one number you can call to even talk to someone. All the time and energy that I put into using that app and I can't even get my money out.
I am so disappointed. This is what I do to make extra money and now what?
I get to throw all that money in the trash. I am not happy.

The TN provided is INCORRECT and their EMAIL service sucks. I've been trying to reach them for months to update the TN number that the app won't allow. It's disgusting.
