Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I had problems with the account opening and they have helped me! "My" issue has been resolved to my satisfaction!

Actually, it was resolved on the 22nd August, 2024. I have rated one question only (therefore the system created a rating of 1.3 but the service offered to me has been 5.0 !

I got stuck when I tried to open an account with Brandbucket. Due to having used different user names, passwords and E-Mail addresses, I was unable to open the account.

Therefore, I have asked them to cancel those inputs and let me start the whole opening process again. Thereafter, it has been successful immediately!.

Dear Sirs,

I have tried to open an account without success!

I am stuck now as I have used my two different E-mail addresses (hermann.matt@***.li AND hermann.matt@***.ch)!

I have also used different user names!

I want to start a new account opening process!

Therefore, I think its the best to cancel all my data and thereafter I will start again with the account opening!
