It was my mistake. I placed an order on Saturday during the weekend.

And it came on Tuesday. I am impressed with Bramble Berrys response and getting the product to be as fast as they can.. they are a high-quality experience company.

I highly recommend them to anyone that is interested in making their own home care products. Brambleberrys team is a well oiled company.

I ordered a 4 oz bottle of Optiphen , came 3/4, spilled, I can't even see the name of the product. I am unable to use it. I e-mailed themnone no response

Bag of madder root all over other products

Received a large shipment with about 40 containers of Mica inside. Unfortunately a bag of Madder root leaked and covered everything in the box.

I took pictures while unboxing to show the mess. While Bramble Berry replaced the broken bag of madder root, the mess was my problem. The mica containers do not have seals around the lids and all were filled with madder root.

It took hours to clean and I still have some madder root under the edges of lids. Bramble berry did not even care, horrible customer service.

I purchased over $140 in fragrances a d soap making products. I was extremely excited, until I opened the box.

7 of 12 bottles opened and the labels were ruined. It also leaked and ruined some other products. I went to their website to talk to their "customer service ". They assured me they would either replace the box(I would have to send them back initial box)or they would just resend fragrances that spilled.

I asked just to resend the damaged bottles as all products weren't damaged. Then, Chloe, the customer service person, informed me she doesn't feel comfortable resending product. Sure, they don't feel comfortable resending product to make things right, yet they have no problem taking my money...smh. She said they can send sample smell strips with lables.

I guess that's better than nothing.

I will NEVER purchase anything from them EVER again. So much for GOOD customer service.

I had a similar situation where a bag of product burst. About 40 bottles of Mica ended up with Madder root under their lids.

Bramble Berry replaced the bag of product, but cleaning the mess was just my problem. I provided pictures before the box was emptied on the day it arrived. They did not care.

Be careful ordering Mica with other products as they are not sealed around the edges. If something opens in the box it is very hard to get the Mica containers cleaned up.
