Rockauto - Can't return part mislabeled in description

The part description was mislabeled. As part of a larger order, I ordered some brake spring hardware.
The description says it would fit a 1996 Dodge 3500 Van. After I started changing the brakes, it was obvious all he springs were completely wrong. The way they ask computer-generated questions did not allow an explanation that their description was wrong. They only have about 50 characters to explain the problem.
In the end, they said it was half my fault and they offered to refund half.
The reality is their description was wrong and it was all their fault. I didn't save any money shopping at Rock Auto.

Rockauto as good as they maybe for ordering completely SUXS as far as helping their customers. I ordered a brake kit (order# 74214637) the kit shipped to me in 1 box.
I need to return the 2 calipers which I can do in 1 box. They make me go to help page look up order then emails 2 separate shipping labels which I will be charged for when all I need is one.
Then I need that sent to different email so I can print it but there is no way to communicate that email address to them from the help page....Here is the order# 74214637, email: email@example.com I need 1 return shipping label emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org And that would be to return (2) calipers that came in the kit. Cancell out the 2 previous shipping labels you sent to: email@example.com

Their flaring capability is disappointing. The flares have metal slivers attached to the end of the double flare. They sent me 3 sets of brake lines. All 3 had the same problem, even the set the head marketing guy (Pete) personally inspected that took weeks to arrive....
