Received a unsolicitaed text that reads - TBBC.OB could be the next big winner on Wall St.!To get in on the ground floor check out TBBC.OB www.brainystock.com - tried to text Stop and received.the.following.text - We are sorry, but the message you sent is not valid. Please check your text and try it again.
As a consumer paying for text.messages I think this company deserves.a class action suit.
This is a scam and against the law - if u find out how to file a complaint directly with this company please let us know
The Brainy Baby - intrusive, illegal marketing campaign
- - Unsolicited text ad for TBBC.OB stock was received.
- - The linked site appears dubious.
- - The campaign appears to be run by Southeast Venture.
Despite several federal and local laws against unsolicited text message advertising- which costs money!- I received an unsolicited text ad on behalf of The Brainy Baby. The text also led to a site to buy their stock, which looks sketchy. Here is the message I received:
"TBBC.OB could be the next big winner on WallSt.! To get in on the ground floor check out TBBC.OB www.brainystock.com"
And after checking out the website? It's EXTREMELY dubious. Not to mention a lousy way to advertise their stock. The actual campaign appears to be run, on their behalf, by Southeast Venture.

I just wanted to find their website and tell them to send a check to IP Standing since I don't HAVE texting on my phone and have to pay for every *** spam! The site mysteriously did not exist.
They'll change their name and come back.
