Bad Xmas meal
Had a horrendous meal at the three arches Cardiff .
The starter was ok but had to wait 1hour 10 for mains, when it come it was horrendous. Potatoes too hard to eat 2 slithers of carrots.
We had 2 young children with us whose meals were so poor that I gave them my vegetables.No apology, management there are rude .
The dessert was not good . The next table to us got fed up with waiting and left before dessert.
The toilets were disgusting blood clots on the floors and walls .
In all fairness to Brains head office they were apologetic and came back to us quickly,not like Lyndon and Jane from the Three Arches
