Cannot cancel subscription
I want to cancel my subscription that I didn't sign up for. I don't know my username or password.
I have emailed to no avail. I'm being charged $40 a month with no way to cancel.
I do not use this service. I want it to be cancelled, and I'd like to be refunded.
