Hello, I am not sure what exactly happened. I received an email thanking me for creating an account with Brain HQ Posit Science.
I do remember signing in to receive a "free brain exercise" to see how it all works, but I did not knowingly sign up to be a member and pay a monthly or yearly charge. I am sure of this because I have been unemployed for 2 1/2 years due to the Pandemic and as a result, I am experiencing extreme financial hardship and could never afford this. I have also left a voicemail for Brain HQ Posit Science customer service, I left my name, email, and phone number requesting to be called back tomorrow. Thanks so much for your help!
