Braiding House - Hair Braiding Review from Beltsville, Maryland
I first went to the Braiding House on May 19, 2015. Adima is the stylist who did my braids.
By the 22nd of May I saw that my braids in the back were unravling and looking raggedy. I went back on the 30th of May and informed Adima of my unhappiness and dissappointment with my hair. She had no answer for why my braids were in so poor condition. She offered no apology.
As a matter of fact she became rude and argumentative. She began arguing with this other braider who was attempting to defuse her misconduct but was unsuccessful. In French she cursed and yelled at that woman which startled all in the store and onlookers passing by.
Adima's behavior was unprofessional and flagrant. I will never patronize this establishment again.

I experienced a similiar situation there as well. I told the braider I wanted a particuliar style and she tryed to pursuade me to get something similiar to the style I had chosen.
She became angry and had an attitude. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
