Verified ReviewerExtremely rude hair braider with Ms. Pat also being rude. The work done was unsatisfactory. Customer service was very poor. I would not recommend nor return.
The worst attitudes and customer service ever. Shoddy work.
I will not return to this business.
The owner and other braiders were nonchalant about wanting to see how to improve the situation. Never going back.

Unorganized
Made an appointment for 430 I was there at 415 never said it would be a long wait.At 6 I left without my hair done they are very unorganized. Poor service

My friend recommended highly that i ho see Sylvia. I trusted her word she made an appointment got me with her at 4:30pm.
When i arrived Sylvia knew i was her appointment. She had someone that she was starting on in her chair. After finishing, she nodded for another person to come over amd begin sepersting hair to start. Not 1 time did she look ir acknowledged me to say anything until i walked out the door.
Customer service needs work!!!!!
Get some order in your business!!! Wont be returning!!!!!

Daughter wanted a style showed them the picture. It looked nothing like the picture.
Had them take it out and fix it. They still couldn’t get it right.

They talked about us in French. I told them they would be better off speaking German and Chinese because between the 2 of us we understand French, Italian, and Spanish.
9am appt didn't get seen until 2:17pm, Unprofessional, unorganized,
Last Sunday my husband brought my daughter and I here to make an appointment. My daughter is visiting from TX so she made an appointment for Friday, Sept.
1st at 9am, well it's 2:01pm and she still hasn't sat in a chair to be serviced (nor will she ever return). Well appx 1:15 pm one of the braids approaches me and begin to lecture me and speak in a tone as if she was reprimanding me ..."don't be telling the customers to go down the way and waiting here is an option"...yes I corrected her to let her know for one I have not spoken to any of her customers with the exception of the 2 who had just arrived for their after 2 appointments (admitting that I been sitting there since 9 am)....so my daughter then speaks up and says she told one lady to go to Trend Setters Hair Studio down the way because the lady had to be at work at 3pm....I also explained to Ms.
Let Me Tell Ya...I'm new to the neighborhood was trying to get established at braiding salon....well trying to be patient this encounter help me decide to take my tail on down to Trend Setters (yes, I left my daughter there cause she had the appointment, she's grown and she will never return because she doesn't live here).....I walk in and was given a return appointment time and it was honored. ..the atmosphere is great, the seats are comfortable, customer service is wonderful!

Bad customer service and owner shows no consideration
I called a day in advance to make an appointment for Sunday, they ask "what time do you want to come?" I say 10am and they respond okay see you then. Once I arrive there are five of us here with a 10am appointment and only one braider.
After an hour another braider showed up so now we are up to three people still waiting.
The owner walks in three hours later without any apologies with an attitude it would appear because she has to be here, myself and another are still waiting my appointment was at TEN AM ITS NOW 1:28pm!!!!!!! Another patron came in for her "1pm" appointment but left again no apologies this is business as normal

They never keep appointments when they are supposed to have them you can't blame a customer if someone doesn't show up. They need to learn to keep an appointment book

The braiding hair this Center uses nust be cheap because after a few days the hair is nappy and looks worn out. Also, they speak another language other than English whenever they talk of others.
They will take your mon6eu but talk about you at the same time. These ladies are so unprofessional.
Hair Braiding Review
I went to the braiding center at Marley station Mall and they were very rude even though I had an appointment which they didn't take me at that time but 4 hours later and wanted to charge full price for a sloppy style i didn't chose. The owner is the worst they speak nasty french about the customer
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS from HAIR STYLIST!!!!!
I went to the Braiding Center at Marley Station Mall in Glen Burnie MD. I showed her a magazine with the picture of the hair style. The hair stylisttold me the price which was $150.00 on a Thursday. I went to the salon at8:00 Saturday morning to get the hair style. The hair stylist that did my hairwas different from the Hair Stylist that told me the hair price which was $150.00After the hair was done she charged $180.00. I got into a huge argumentwith her concerning the price. She said, "you go anywhere and the price will be$180.00." The hair stylist at the Braiding Center was loud and rude. I told herthat I will pay you.That was not the price I was told. Your customer service skills are bad. I will never come back to the Braiding Center at Marley Station The Hair Stylist like to flip higher prices. The Hair Stylist customer service skillsare very very poor too.

Braids came out, no refund, no redo
Braiding Center Montgomery Mall Got my hair braided and went on vacation. Talked about the trip for 4 hours.
Tree braids in the front, weave in the middle and micros in the back. Hair looked good. Hit the Lazy River for 3 days. Micros swam in the lazy river and the tree braids unraveled because the knots came out in the front.
Only thing that lasted was the weave. went back to the shop and they said I would have to pay to have the treebraids redone.
They said that you can't swim with braids or get them wet. WTF!!!!!
