Resolved: Poor plant health
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Replaced the dead plants with healthy ones. Just reached out to customer service, they were very easy to work with and accommodating.
Spent over $100 for two holders and two air plants. One of the air plants is dying, if not already dead.
