If you want to be insulted and your complaints are taken with a grain of salt....live in a Brady/Sullivan apartment. Apartments full of kids having fits and screaming in the middle of the night, parents who don't give a hoot and smoke galore coming into apartments!

This place sucks big time for big rent that isn't worth a dam. The apartments are shoddy and it' a complete rip off. It would be better to live in the streets, it's that bad. These people are all about money, displace people and don't give a S....t about their tenants, just their money!

Go anywhere but B/S for an apartment if you think anything of yourself and piece of mind.

B/S stands for !!!! Ya you guessed it.

Leasing agents in Concord are the worst. It doesn't take long to figure out and they don't care who they rent to - smell smoke and kids running about. Horrible place to live.

This property is filled with mold, LEAD problems and much worse The property is not taken care of they do not have official lead certificates that were handed to me when I was living there I became very deathly sick several times in less than eight months.

They attempted to cover it up by renting commercial air filters and scrubbing the air rather than address the issue this company was handed a lot of money in state and federal grants to build and restore this property.

The gym was out of order more often than not The walls are also paperthin.

Many nights I could not sleep due to hearing my neighbors and their bedrooms.... and their TVs

Don't ever rent at a Brady Sullivan complex!! They robbed us out of 80 percent of our security deposit!

They said our dog ruined a rug in master bedroom but dog was NEVER allowed in the bedroom!! Did walk thru with them and was told our apartment was immaculate!!!

Then recieved this lie today. I am furious!!!

This property, from the structure to the management, is absolutely terrible. You can hear everything around you from all neighbors and the hallway.

The property managers are incredibly incompetent and get aggravated at even a hint of them having to do something. We are counting down the days of our lease and cannot get out of here soon enough. The groundskeeper spends more time in the common areas watching TV with his family than he does actually maintaining the property. They have a policy in the lease restricting certain types of dogs and weight limits of dogs but we have seen many that are over the weight limits and on the breed restrictions.

The management is here to get a paycheck and go home, with very little (if any at all) attention to their jobs.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even if you were homeless and they offered you rent half off. Its disgusting to see how this place is managed.

Do not rent here! Way too many dogs, the hallways smell like wet dogs. The dog owners let them urinate and *** right outside main entrance.

The noise quality is beyond poor. You can hear your neighbors conversations,, dogs barking coming down hallway, cupboards closing, you name it.

They will tow your car at drop of a hat, even with your parking tag displayed. The parking rules say do not block cars in tandem spots. I parked in front of someone in tandem spot many times but am extremely polite and move it very early am by 530am at latest to make sure not preventing anyone from getting out. There are no assigned parking spots but a tenant called had my car towed because they thought the owed that space. All they needed to do was call emergency number and management would have called me to move it.

I received noise complaints about my apartment. The first was probably my kids. The second time was told I was getting noncompliance violation and next time they would start eviction process. Well the date and time of the second complaint no one was home.

Complaining or bringing any issues up to management or ever to corporate office gets no response or help.
