Never received product
I purchased two Stanley cups from Bed Bath and Beyond through Brads deals on Aug 3rd 2023. I have reached out multiple times through email to see where my cups are.
I received an email back on Sept 6th stating the cups had been delivered to check with neighbors and my post office. Both places were checked no package was ever delivered. They emailed saying they could not refund my money but I could have my products resent which I said would be fine. It has been a week since I last heard from Brads deal wether or not they were going to resend my package.
Brads deals have quit responding to my emails. I tried calling the customer service and there is not an option to talk with someone you can only leave a message.
I hope Brads deal makes this right and I receive my product. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Brads Deals
