Brad's Creative Concrete-Stay Away/Unresponsive!
- - Patio looks good at first, but warranty issues get no response.
- - Brad never returns calls; David says he's busy.
You'll be pleased - AT FIRST - with how beautiful your patio will turn out. However, when you see a problem starting - WITHIN YOUR WARRANTY PERIOD - and try to get Brad to address it, you'll get no response.
Over the past year I've made countless calls to Brad and sent countless emails to his office manager, David (who I really believe is Brad). Brad NEVER calls back and David's return emails just tell me that Brad is busy and will get back to me. (I started calling him in August 2011 and finally gave up in June 2012) The warranty is USELESS folks. Brad will take your money when the job is done and that's it.
Don't expect to get any further service.
He's a charmer and a LIAR!!!!!

Brads Creative Concrete = Quality Issues /Responsiveness Issues
- - The patio looks good, but Brad won’t follow up.
- - The verbal 5-year warranty won’t be honored.
- - Brad won’t return calls or emails; get details in writing.
On the surface, you will like the look of your patio but if you have issues, BRAD does not follow-up. He sells his products with a verbal 5 year warrenty but won't honor the warranty and his contracts are not detailed.
Caveat Emptor. THEN... He won't return calls or emails. You will spend months tracking him down if you have an issue.
If you do use him, get every detail in writing including any warranty work .
This complaint was avoidable if Brad would just do the right thing! But he does not follow-up or call back.
We have no idea who this complaint is from since they left it as "Anonymous". For all we know, this could be our competition. What we can tell you is that we have many happy and satisfied customers.

Brad's Creative Concrete - Terrible!!!
- - Promised 3 days, but dragged to 8 weeks.
- - Owner does not care and has done nothing to fix issues.
- - Unprofessional staff were sent.
Brad's Creative Concrete do not stand for their word. They promised this project would only take 3 days. It has been 8 weeks because everytime they would finish one part of the project they would destroy something else. Then they would fix it and something else was destroyed. I would never, ever recommend them to anyone.
The owner does not care for his customers as he has done absolutely nothing to solve the issues. He keeps sending us his unprofessional employees that do not know what they are doing.
I have reported them to Better Business Bureau and to the Home Show Event where I met them.
