Poor staffing to care for patients properly

Bradford Regional Medical Center is grossly understaffed. A patient can lay there in pain, with dirty linens, in their own waste for hours! Almost the entire day! Even in a critical situation, they lack the staff to give the needed care. I feel sorry for anyone that goes there. They'd get better care at the kennel. You can go out to the desk and hear staff talking down the hospital as a bad place to come in order to get well. Even the staff will laugh when you ask them how much they like the place. That's a shame.
