Price is through the roof!

I canceled my annual subscription because I was billed $288.19 on 4/21/22 for the Sunday paper ONLY! A representative called me back 2 weeks later and offered me 30% off. I took the bait as she verbally told me my credit card would be credited the difference. Two months later-no credit. I called customer service and got a rep from a foreign country who informed me that the Bradenton Herald does NOT do any refunds and in fact I now have an amount due of $84.29 and my annual renewal date which was April 14, 2023 is now Nov 20, 2022. I am appalled with the customer service. I asked to speak to a local representative and was told they did not have one although a local rep did call me to offer me a30% discount. I am not done with the Bradenton Herald yet. User's recommendation: Don't Subscribe

Sunday paper

Sunday paper had section a and b dated April 18,2021, the comics, Parade, ads, classified were all from last week dated April 11, 2021. When do you plan on issuing current Sunday papers?

Ridiculous price increases this year

Guess what? Another 61% price increase coming right now, just advised, yes that is really +15% +60% +61% in 12 months. They must really want out of their business.

Whatever business imposes a 15% price increase in January followed by another 60% increase in July of the same year -- obviously a business that wants a quick demise.
