Brad Myler Disability...I've been robbed

I used to work for Myler Disability. Let me give you an inside scoop.
Since I worked at different locations throughout my experience I was able to over hear the conversations on the phone from the Myler Disability employees at every level. At the first station, where people call in and sign up, the employees tell them that Myler Disability only get's paid if they win your case, and that they incur all of the expenses, including their collecting your medical records. They are told that they will take only 20% of the winnings. At the next level, where everyone is calling to see how their case is going, they are told that they need to send in all of their medical records.
Or they call to complain that they got a bill for having to collect your medical records. When the client reminds them of what they promised over the phone, the employee says "it's in the contract that you signed, didn't you read it?" Of course, the contract is many pages of hard to understand legal mumbo jumbo. A couple of years later, when the case is finally finished, the next level of employees is explaining why Myler took 40% of the money instead of the 20% they were told. And that is only if you won.
If you lost, then you received a bill for their services. If you had a case that did not bring them as much money, you would be lower on their list of case importance. Some people were satisfied with the checks they got because they had no idea how much they were really supposed to get. They were just glad to get anything.
As long as the clients weren't paying attention to the details, they were fine. I don't blame the employees, I think they were doing what they were told and had only worked in their department. I think that the employees were good people for the most part. But Myler is a very toxic personality and made the work environment very stressful.
He pushed for high numbers more than quality.
These disabled people were just cattle to him. A way to make his fortune.

Noel Rivera. I have reviewed your comment and I may say that your comment fits my experience to certain extend.
I have helped my wife in her paper work and drove her to every medical appointments since she's not proficient in the English language. 1st,she saw 3 different primary care physicians doctors since we started our case when we lived in a county Polk County in Florida where the case was being seem by a mediocre Judge who will be and is under investigation for taking a case in the court that didn't belong in her jurisdiction to begin with, The Judge should of new better and as well the "Attorney Anthony" who violated her civil rights not only once but through the transition of the course of her 8 years. We moved to Lake County and again the Judge made decisions without seeing all the doctor's evidence in different court jurisdiction and then we moved to the Hernando county and again she saw the case due to our appeals after 8 years violating my spouse civil rights denying her case with out many doctor's evidence where there were plenty of doctor's reporting her disability which she ignored. Finally the case went to the Supreme Federal Court in Tampa where the case should been seen from the beginning and the Director of the Social Security made an unfavorable decision and we never heard from the firm still to this day nor the acting attorney limiting us from appealing the case because the decision was rendered in mid December through the holidays and us being tied up with medical appointments and no Law firm doesn't want to take the case since is was already sent to the "Federal Court, which the decision was not even made by them leaving us to restart and file for a new cae after 8 years down the drain.
Well I will take this all the way up the FBI and who ever needs to look into this law manipulation and corruption that the Judge and the Myler's Disability Firm and their attorney "Anthony" did to my wife disability for SSI case. Justice will prevail.
