Are Lisa and Bridget the same nasty person

Order my damaged junk from Evine back in July of this year, Return the damaged *** back to them to be told it was damaged and they would not accept it. Files a claim on their behalf with UPS. UPS said product was damaged and would pay Evine who in turn will repay me. Well it is Dec 1st in 2 days and I am still waiting. One of the nasty hags they have working "customer service" said I will have to follow up with the shipper Brad skin care. Is this fly by night company still around? Evine and Brad are fly by night crooks. Anyone interested in filing a lawsuit against Evine please feel free to contact me before they pull off another heist!
