BR Movers

John and his team are awesome: super efficient, fast, on time, nice, and accommodating. My husband and I had used BR Moving when we moved from one apartment to another a few years ago, his sister used them when she moved to her house per our recommendation, and then we used them again this past weekend when we moved to our house.

John was very responsive when organizing the move and then the three guys that helped us this weekend (John, Joan, and Matiss) made the whole moving process so easy, as was the experience our first time using BR Movers and my husband's sister's experience as well. They were also much more reasonably priced than many other moving companies when we did our research the first time.

My name is Trevor, we used BR Movers last year. It's really surprising that the same company can perform pleasant service for one customer and very opposite for another.

Lucky we are to be the first case. The movers came like 10 minutes late, but it's not too much of a deal. They wrapped our furniture, bigger pieces and took to the truck as well as boxes we packed by ourselves. I don't really have what to complain about the work, workers came and looked well acknowledged about what they had to do, worked fast, finished the job quickly.

We used couple companies before BR Movers and we have nothing too much to complain about this company or any other before.

I worked in a moving company by myself long time ago, I understand that things happen sometimes. My conclusion is give them a shot.

I have had a very poor experience with this moving company. So much in fact that I have had to escalate the situation by contacting several federal agencies for assistance.

First, my estimate of less than $1800.00 grew to a bill of almost $7000.00 AFTER the truck was loaded with my stuff.

Second, it has been a month since they picked up my stuff and they still can not provide me with a delivery date. Third, they had "sold" my move, with out my knowledge or authorization, to a third party who also can not tell me when my stuff will be delivered.

BR-Movers never showed up when they said they would. They didn't even have the decency to let us know!

They falsely advertise that they are open 24/7 but no one was there to reply to my calls or emails. I even had the cell phone number of the salesperson, Jennifer and she couldn't take 2 seconds to reply to a text message or to any of my voicemails. Her emails also go right to her cell phone so clearly she knew the movers never showed up and she knew we were upset.

We had to scramble and find last minute movers which cost A LOT more! They don't deserve to be in business!
