Payments being made to wrong account

Made bpay to acc yesterday from a provider it was sent to wrong acc, then today made another payment to same person via bpay and same provider and again payed to wrong acc

User's recommendation: Look elsewhere.

My BPAY doesn't work with humm and they told me to ring up yous

I cannot pay with BPAY on my humm app,and they told me to ring yous up thanks,i can't found the number for BPAY si i can speaker to someone please

Bpay transfer is rejected

I am trying to make a payment from a Westpac credit card account to Gold Corporation in Perth. Bpay has been set up in may account with the correct Biller code 24554 and Customer Reference number (confirmed by Gold corporation). When I try to make the payment, an error message flags : "The Biller doesnt accept payment from this account". I am using Bpay in conjunction with my Westpac credit card all the time for national and overseas payments and have never had any problems. Westpac have confirmed that the problem is not their end and we have transferred a couple of nominal amounts to prove the point. Gold Corporation confirm that they do accept Bpay from Credit cards, but cannot explain the rejection. Is there any way you can assist with this issue? Regards Eugene Mueller
