I have received multiple items stained or damaged. Additionally the quality of clothing is horrible.
Sweatpants rip super easy. Some are way too thick.

HORRIBLE UNSERVICE
Don't buy anything at this store if you expect to be treated like a 1st or 2nd class citizen. You'll be treated like a 3rd.
They escalate minor concerns a standard agent should be able to remedy to so called managers who will "follow up in a day" then you never hear back. if you followup to their NON-FOLLOW-UP they ignore you. Another narcissistic company who finds their overpriced products to be a privilege to purchase. I won't be shopping here again.
Nevermind their inconsistent sizing - their clothes never fit right and their pants are heavy..not normal sweatpant material on the ones I've purchased.
They did me a favor. I wil go without.

The item was sent to the wrong address. Original order specified the wrong address so I called the company to provide the correct address and it was still sent to the wrong address.
I called several times and left a call back number, I still have not received a call.
No call, no shirt. Will have to dispute the charge.

Wrong address to shipment
Hi I placed a order and the place its supposed to be shipped it 10 gray lane not gray stone. It says it was deliver and I didnt receive it at 10 gray lane so how do I get the package here or get a refund on my order.

Racist, rude to customers and don’t take any responsibility
All of there campaigns focus on the same type of ethnicity, as well as their aesthetic is purely white. When asked about it, they took no responsibility, instead just made up weak excuses as to why over there 2 years plus company has NO access to any other ethnicitys, pictures they have access to nor care about trying to make it more of a body and ethnicity inclusive brand
