I honestly don't know how to fix this, because after my issue & how it was mishandled I cancelled my subscription to Boxycharm/Boxyluxe due to trust issues. Money can be refunded, but trust has to be earned. Your company has lost my trust.

I need my money back, i haven’t had money recently in my card, however yesterday (November 4,2019) my boyfriend added money to my card because we need to buy some stuff. So I finally decided to give boxycharm a try after hearing some good things about there products. So I joined October 1st,2019. I only wanted one box so made sure to cancel after paying for the one. I emailed to make sure it was cancelled & I wouldn’t be getting charged next month. Well November 1st comes & I notice a charge for $40 from them even after my subscription was cancelled? Took them 4 days to get back to me & they just tell me they don’t see anything on my account about the charge for the November box & to send them a screen shot of my bank statement with the charge so I do so. Been days since they haven’t emailed back. Worst company

When I subscribed to boxy time I paid for a full 12 months but then you gave me one month for free so that means 11 months and the 12th 1 is free I paid all of it in full on my credit card I wanna boxy Luke's you guys said a with $10 extra month to my previous boxy charm orders already and you guys are charging me $30 on my credit card every 3 months for boxy Luke's when you said it was only $10 extra a month cause I already paid in full 200 and some dollars to boxy charm

I never recieved my October box. I requested a refund and was told no. I requested for them to overnight or 2 day ship it - 4 times and the customer service reps stopped responding to me. If I do not recieve my October box I will claim it as fraud on my account and then cancel the subscription after I recieve my November box. Maybe you can assist. SO SO SO disappoint in how things turned out because I was really liking this service.
