Boxycharm - Horrible customer service

I’m very disappointed and upset that the company could take out the money but not send the product. Then they ignore you when you try to get it taken care of! Very mad and I am going to cancel my membership if this is not taken care of!

I didn't receive my march box, tracking is inaccurate, contacted them. Absolutely no response. None. I was charged on the 1st, it is the 26th now, no boxycharm and no response fromt hem.

PLEASE DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME CALLING ANY OF THE NUMBERS LISTED UNDER BOXYCHARM. NONE WORK FOR BOXYCHARM AND THE ONE WITH THE AREA CODE 305, IS NEVER PICKED UP, GOES TO A VOICEMAIL THAT IS ALWAYS FULL AND THEY AUTOMATICALLY HANG UP ON YOU. I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO. I GUESS LOSE MY MONEY.

Boxycharm - I haven’t been billed yet for Boxyluxe

Recording says no one is available to take your call when I called Boxycharm I want to know if I’m going to be billed for BoxyLuxe. I’ve sent emails and was told to be patient but today is the 8th and I’m worried. Please reassure me I will be billed and receive my Luxe box?

Boxycharm let down!

October 2018 I subscribed to boxycharm. On the 14th of that month I received my very first box!! I was so excited. November 1st I was charged for the next box. Today December 2nd, I have not received my November box. I have sent several Emails to fix this problem. Yesterday, December 1st I was changed for my next box. I sure hope this is not an ongoing problem. I’m very disappointed. Joanie

I wanted the november box really bad..my husband is in hospice with a few months left with saying that i had to buy simethinge he needed so i didnt get to order my box makes me sad ..god bless yoy all my daughter brags about ur stuff and the quality of oit all the time...

You can now buy them in past boxes section. In boxycharm.com it's great they have October thru December and also have holiday boxes now. The November one was great the glitter...
