obviously everything's on auto reply because they came back with a random response that didnt even answer my problem. My April Box never arrived and trackomg said it stopped in another state 14days ago amd usps dont even know where or why. I email my concern to Boxy they come back with its in route and a give me the same tracking number again even though id told them the box tracking hasnt update or been scanned in 2 weeks.

I have been constantly emailing boxycharm for an entire month trying to get someone, anyone to call me or *** even email me back because i have a very inportant question regarding my first and only box i have received and my payment. This is very inportant to me and i have yet to be contacted by anyone for literally a month. I have cried my eyes out over this. I just need to speak with someone that works for them thats all. Im so upset

Boxycharm - If you're going to have a no refund policy then have better customer service

I got my luxbox almost 2 weeks late items were missing out of it I emailed customer service they gave a generic will get back to you response still haven't heard anything it's been over a month still missing items that I paid extra for they have no refund policy they still won't respond. Horrible company

I was browsing at there app. And they ask you if you subscribe to a makeup service i said yes "ipsy". Well they took my 21.00$ with no permission and didnt even have my address . they sent the box to wrong adress and will not refund the debit card there is no customer phone number to even call. They need to be reported .

I’m very disappointed and upset that the company could take out the money but not send the product. Then they ignore you when you try to get it taken care of! Very mad and I am going to cancel my membership if this is not taken care of!
