I honestly don't know how to fix this, because after my issue & how it was mishandled I cancelled my subscription to Boxycharm/Boxyluxe due to trust issues. Money can be refunded, but trust has to be earned. Your company has lost my trust.

Boxycharm - Not our problem

I initially liked my first box that I received but after that the next one never arrived so I emailed them and they sent me a replacement one that seemed liked it was whatever was left over. I was thinking ok I will see what I get next month which never arrived. I got an email that it was ready on 8/6/19 but as of today 8/20/19 I have not received it. when I went to track it its it wont be here till 9/2/19. when I emailed them about it I was told I have to be the one to contact the UPS. I actually did try to email UPS but their website sucks. I emailed boxycharm again and all they said was i'm glad you are enjoying your customer service experience and let us know how you like your box...…

Boxycharm - My account was charged for two boxes by my niece

My niece was my caregiver and I paid her cash because I was waiting on a new debit card. Well I paid her cash to get my box because I didn’t have my debit she talked me into a boxe luxe and said it would be right behind our last box and I haven’t seen anything only last box which like always was wonderful! But I kinda think I paid for her box as well she has hacked and charged my new debit with two other accounts, so far! Can someone please help ? I will try other customer service lines but could you respond to this iCloud address and I want to update my card and email as well. Thanks so much, Marlena Sparks

Boxycharm is a wonderful product..I had a double lung transplant and unable to go out shopping

I moved but changed my address..I lived with son and daughter in law..haven't received my boxes for june and july. My new address is PO Box 2912 Trinity Texas 75862.Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you...

I just need to know where my box is I moved to another location within my apartment complex So it was delivered in the old unit (29) I moved to unit 82 I moved after the box was charged and delivered Please help Thank you

Boxycharm - Wrong product color

I was sent the Cover FX pallet in dark. I am light. I was told there were none available but see that it is in the charm room. Can I have one in light sent to me as it should have been in the first place? I cannot use the one originally sent.

I select two products for use my rewards points and I check my bank account and I see the company charge to me the products when it’s supposed to be free. I want my money back and resolve this situation and also I want to cancel my boxycharm.
