What is going on with the shipping?
Back in 2020 before boxy charm was bought out by ipsy, I would have my box by the seventh of every month after picking my items maybe a week before the new month began.
Fast forward to 2023 Christmas time I make my first order and it tells me it will ship out on January 7, But it sat forever before it was shipped, and I thought maybe it was because it was Christmas time.
Now its February 20, im on my second order, and I got an email on the second telling me that a label was created, however, it didnt change for a few days and when I checked back, it said a label was created and it has been sitting in Southern California since February 12, it says its still awaiting the item. I live In Northern California, it would literally take two freaking days for it to get here and yet Im waiting an entire month?
What the *** has happened to the customer service?
You cant even reach these people by phone? And when you do you get told the voicemail box is full, I bet it is!
