Boxycharm review: Won’t send me a replacement

Details
So back in November 2017 I got a broken lipstick and went through the whole process to get a replacement. They said they will send a replacement with my next box (December) and if it won’t fit they will ship it as the same time as the next box awesome I thought. Well here comes The next month, no replacement. I email them and they said well it wouldn’t fit so it will be mailed at the end of this month. So here it is January and I still haven’t gotten my replacement item.

I got this months box and the setting spray exploded in the box. There was no spray and everything in it was sticky. They agreed to give me more setting spray but my eye shadow was stocky and the shadow was RUINED because it had been soaking wet but they said they wouldn’t replace my unusable eye shadow because “there wasn’t enough damage”. $21 a month should give me the right to say that I won’t use eye shadow that’s covered in slime...
