To Whom It May Concern,
This letter serves as formal notice that you have fraudulently charged my credit card for services I neither requested nor authorized. I have no prior relationship with your company and have never provided my credit card information to BoxToBeFit.com.
Your unauthorized use of my credit card constitutes a violation of federal law, including but not limited to:
18 U.S.C.

§ 1029 Fraud and related activity in connection with access devices; and
18 U.S.C. § 1343 Wire fraud involving interstate communications.
Because I reside outside the state of California, your actions constitute interstate commerce fraud and are subject to federal jurisdiction.
Accordingly, I demand that you complete the following within 12 hours of receipt of this notice:
Immediately cancel any and all accounts, subscriptions, or services associated with my name, email, or payment information.
Refund in full every unauthorized charge to my credit card.

Provide confirmation of the refund, including transaction ID, amount, and date.
Permanently delete and destroy all payment credentials or stored financial information associated with me, and confirm in writing that this has been done.
Provide written confirmation by return email that items 13 have been completed.
Failure to comply within 12 hours will leave me no choice but to:
File a criminal fraud complaint with the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3);
Notify the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the California Attorney Generals Consumer Protection Division; and
Dispute and reverse the charge through my credit card issuer, providing this correspondence as evidence of fraudulent activity.
This demand is made without prejudice to any additional civil or criminal remedies available to me. I expect your written confirmation of cancellation, refund, and destruction of my payment information immediately.
