My problem with the wrong T- shirt was ignored and never resolved. I was bitterly disappointed that all my correspondence got ignored
I was sent the wrong T-shirt which I had paid for and then ignored, it is a terrible way to threat customers. I liked one of your products in particular, ordered and paid for it and got done.

Ticket reseller scammed me
Purchased 2 tickets each to 2 concerts. The first concert they didn’t deliver the tickets to my email until 10 min before the start of the concert after I had spent 4 hrs on the phone with a number of different reps who gave me the run around. The second concert they sent me invalid tickets and we were not able to attend the show. Flat out ripped me off for $163.

In April of 2018, we purchased 4 tickets for Tangelwood's, Mass. - the Bernstein Centennial Celebration. This concert was held on Aug. 25, 2018. This company kept telling us that we would receive the tickets 24 hrs. prior to the concert and that was the seller's policy. After telling us that they would be delivered to our hotel in Mass. ( we traveled a distance) - we arrived only to find out that "according" to this company - something happened to the Fed ex package and we would not get the tickets. So, we are in a hotel w/ out our tickets and w/ out the $. The week end was ruined and this company would do nothing to help us out. PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company. Read your reviews of past customers! Even the venue, Tangelwood, told us they are a scam!

Pre-season Baseball ticket purchase-rip off
Purchased two tickets through this site, Box Office Center, for a pre-season baseball game between the Philadelphia Phillies and the Boston Red Sox and the cost was more than double the price had I gone to the ticket office at the field. I was charged $137.50 total for two tickets that would have cost a total of $50.00. Needless to say, I will never use this site again. Tickets 2 x $52.00 Service fee 2 x $13.00 Delivery $7.50 for E-Tickets Total $137.50 On the printed out tickets the total cost was $25.00 each.
