I was buying tickets for a critically I'll family member and paid more than twice what the tickets were worth. They misrepresented their service. When I asked to speak to a manager, he was the rudest most uncaring person I have ever encountered.

The website sold me tickets that someone had already purchased so I was made to be removed from my seat I never received the actual ticket to my email

I purchased tickets for Día de la banda for Jan 27th 2023 but when I view my tickets through AXS it showed tickets for Sept 17th mana.

They sold me tickets that somebody at the arena had already purchased so when I got to the venue I couldnt even sit in my seats because someone else had purchased tickets I asked for a refund or more tickets and they refuse to give me anything they was uncooperative did not care about the fact that I paid $250 for two tickets so Im just out of money I will never use this website ever again

I have not received my ticket for tonight show in portsmouth Virginia .it was promised by e mail will delr2d by Wed 5,,/25/2033,,for tonight show may 25 2022

I never in my life have ever been giving the run around about trying to help me on trying to track my tickets or money I have spent been going through this since I purchased them month ago

I have Kiss tickets and the show has been altered and canceled twice now just want my money back I have sent 2 messages with no response

Bought tickets to baseball game and paid for them. Can't get my tickets or my pin number.

Have called many times and get a recording, telling me that my tickets have been sent but I need a pin. They aren't taking phone and I need to call back when it gets closer to my ticket date.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I bought tickets on 4/29/18 for a show today 5/13.

I have an email saying my tickets were mailed and will arrive at my house on 5/14/18. I tried calling and was on the phine for over an hour to find out that I don't have tickets for the show. I have to call my bank and see if I've been reimbursed .

I am also going to notufy the attorney general. This should not be allowed to happen..I spoke to a union ticket manager on broadway.Only buy from ticketmaster or telecharge..

I bought tickets months in advance for Diana Ross concert June 2, 2018. Days before the concert I called about my tickets. The seller could not be reached. They offer little help and no refund. I see other reviewer who experienced the same. Do not use this scam operation.

The reseller listed a phone number that did not accept incoming calls. There was no way that BoxOffice Tickets Сom could have ever contacted this reseller to verify they actually had tickets to sell. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge.

Thank goodness my bank went to bat for me and I received a credit back while they investigate.

This company guarranteed ticket by a certain date. Beware!! Proceed with caution when dealing with this operation!

After being told I did not have tickets to the 3 PM show, I was standing in line to see if there were rush tickets. At about 12 Pm I received an email with 2 tickets attached.

I am still planning to report this company to the better business bureau and the attorney general. I paid $89.per ticket plus handling charges. My total bill was $233.88. The price on the tickets that were emailed to me was $59.00 with a $2.00 handling charge.

My understanding is that "companies" are only allowed to charge a 10% mark up. This is criminal!

Only buy from telecharge or ticketmaster! DO NOT BUY FROM BOXOFFICE-TICKETS.COM!
