They did not vet reseller for tickets...Offered little help...never received tickets

I bought tickets months in advance for Diana Ross concert June 2, 2018. Days before the concert I called about my tickets. The seller could not be reached. They offer little help and no refund. I see other reviewer who experienced the same. Do not use this scam operation. The reseller listed a phone number that did not accept incoming calls. There was no way that BoxOffice Tickets Сom could have ever contacted this reseller to verify they actually had tickets to sell. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. Thank goodness my bank went to bat for me and I received a credit back while they investigate. This company guarranteed ticket by a certain date. Beware!! Proceed with caution when dealing with this operation!

Fraudulent company

After being told I did not have tickets to the 3 PM show, I was standing in line to see if there were rush tickets. At about 12 Pm I received an email with 2 tickets attached. I am still planning to report this company to the better business bureau and the attorney general. I paid $89.per ticket plus handling charges. My total bill was $233.88. The price on the tickets that were emailed to me was $59.00 with a $2.00 handling charge. My understanding is that "companies" are only allowed to charge a 10% mark up. This is criminal! Only buy from telecharge or ticketmaster! DO NOT BUY FROM BOXOFFICE-TICKETS.COM!

FRAUDULENT COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I bought tickets on 4/29/18 for a show today 5/13. I have an email saying my tickets were mailed and will arrive at my house on 5/14/18. I tried calling and was on the phine for over an hour to find out that I don't have tickets for the show. I have to call my bank and see if I've been reimbursed . I am also going to notufy the attorney general. This should not be allowed to happen..I spoke to a union ticket manager on broadway.Only buy from ticketmaster or telecharge..
