We ordered 3 items Dec 2023 2 of the 3 were Xmas presents . Box lunch changed their programming and our 3rd item was canceled.
Worst part of it all customer service cant find my original order and it wont let me pull it up bc of the system changeD so I te ordered my item , luckily it was in stock .
Ive been waiting since December for this order and no contacted me to tell me it was canceled !!! Do better BOXLUNCH !!

My friend never received the product and they ignored my emails for a refund!!
I tried to reach them in different ways but I wasn't even able to fill their format for the email, it doesn't work at all. I cant even put my name cause its says (fill with the correct format) which doesn't make any sense cause its my name.
This company sucks!!! No response or solution!!!

Customer Service/Unfulfilled Presale Orders
I have had two presale orders cancelled due to their habit of shipping out things separately and changing the what is held on the account.
If I paid for something up front months in advance it makes no sense that I do not receive my product.
Also Lunch Money is a nightmare to use online.
They do not respond to emails timely either

Hello I purchased the Seated Sakuna Figuarts Zero from you on 09/26/2022. I received my package today and the box is severely damaged.
I am infuriated with the lack of protective packaging on this. Its a collectible and it was expensive. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of quality control and your warehouse staff should be ashamed. I understand that you have no control over the shipping companies, but you have a duty to your customers to deliver their items that they spent their hard earned money on in acceptable condition.
I would like to be sent a new item that is not damaged in exchange for this one. I have pictures as well if the damaged item.
