BEWARE "Faby Leyva" is a scam artist
BEWARE FRAUD: I'm penning down this review today as a warning to anyone considering doing business with "Boxer Tools" dba Trade of Amta (562) 946-**** at 9643 Santa Fe Springs Rd, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670, a company selling trailer parts and equipment. While I initially had hopes for this place, due to its extensive inventory, my experiences have led me to believe that this establishment's operations are less than above-board, particularly regarding the conduct of one of its employees - "Fabiola Leyva".
Over time, I have come to notice an alarming trend of overcharging customers.
On several occasions, I was billed far more than the average market price for common trailer parts. The unreasonable charges were primarily led by Fabiola, who seemed to have no issues in executing such practices. It's unsettling and unethical for customers to pay excessively for parts that should cost much less elsewhere.
Additionally, the level of customer service at Boxer Tools, particularly from Fabiola, leaves much to be desired. Instead of treating customers with respect and courtesy, I have experienced an egregious level of indifference and impertinence from her.
It's extremely disheartening to encounter such a poor attitude when all you need is help with your purchases or services.
Perhaps the most alarming aspect of my experience is the quality of the parts supplied. In one instance, I was given a faulty tow truck part that failed within days of use. Not only does this raise concerns about the company's quality control, but it also presents a safety risk. It's shocking to think that a company would prioritize profit over its customer's well-being.
As if these weren't enough, I found it almost impossible to secure a return or refund for these substandard parts. Fabiola demonstrated an apparent unwillingness to facilitate returns, even in cases where their faulty products were to blame. This lack of transparency and accountability is quite frankly, unacceptable.
In summary, my experience with Boxer Tools, and especially with Fabiola Leyva, has been nothing short of a nightmare. I urge potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with this company, and even more so with this employee.
The combination of inflated prices, poor customer service, subpar product quality, and a dodgy return policy amounts to what I can only describe as a scam.
I am writing this review not out of spite, but out of concern for fellow consumers.
The purpose is not to shame or harm but to inform and protect. I strongly advise anyone reading this to think twice before doing business with Boxer Tools or with Fabiola Leyva.

Rude customer service
She's rude AF
I agree with the previous review concerning an employee named Fabiola Leyva at Boxer Tools. My experience was, unfortunately, quite similar and left me feeling uneasy.
From the get-go, interactions with Fabiola were quite off-putting. There was a discernible lack of professionalism and courtesy, which one would not expect from a reputable company like Boxer Tools. I noticed sketchy behavior, such as vague responses to direct questions about pricing and service details, and an overall dismissive attitude that was simply not acceptable. In my situation, there was also a concerning lack of transparency concerning the charges.
Fabiola provided one quote over the phone and then significantly inflated the price once the tow truck arrived, without clear justification or explanation for the discrepancy. This type of inconsistency and ambiguity in service details is not only unprofessional but also creates a deeply distrustful customer experience.
Boxer Tools has great tools for laptops but I hate going through their customer service rep.
Yes! She's definitely rude to customers! Avoid boxer tools in Santa Fe Springs
Boxer Tools or Boxer Tiedown is a great place for towing supplies but the older Hispanic lady in the front office I think her name is Fabiola makes buying there unbearable, so I just go to Harbor Freight Tools instead.
