Boxbollen

They are non responsive and goods were promised by Christmas and that didn't happen, and as a result I want to return them. It was on their website a delivery by Christmas.

Got it Dec 28.

Christmas was over. I'm not happy with them.

I ordered mine on Dec 21 and notified them 3 times that I never received it and asked for help. Its Jan1 and they just notified me that it will still be another 4 days before delivery and they said that Im the one who needs to get it expedited with your logistics company.

They did absolutely nothing to help me receive what I purchased from them.

This is terrible customer service.

Dont buy their product. They wont care about you.

I paid for overnight shipping and they sent it via 2-day shipping! The package will not arrive in time for Christmas!

I ordered two sets of 2 by mistake. I contacted company right away to cancel order, the company said it was already shipped.

I contacted company account for return instructions and got no response accept telling me on their web site I only had 14 days to return! how can I return with no

return label because they will not contact me back!

I didn't receive my product. I have read dozens of reviews of other who ar experiencing the same issue as myself. I would like to receive my product, or my money replaced.

Company. I ordered 2 only because of Dr Phil's advertisement and backing. I have not received either... There is NO Company Customer Service PHONE number to communicate or to follow up on an order...

I ordered a set of three Boxbollen and I paid over $60.00, 1 kit came in the box all tangled up...I couldn't take it apart, they said they don't do exchanges..or refunds, that is the way I opened up the box, they think that I did it.. i spent too much money on these.

And no replacement! And Dr.

phil did the advertising for them, that makes him look bad! Come to find out you can order these under $5.00 anywhere else
