This is Myongho Kim, President of IBCC Company in Seoul, Korea.

We have been supplying important electronic modules to the Agency for Defense Development and manufacturers in Korea for 40 years in cooperation with defense companies related to electronic warfare in the United States.

We have also been working with local urban development corporations under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of Korea to modularize electrical and electronic facilities in apartment complexes.

We are also very interested in the new model, Tiny House, and we are planning to build about 2,000-10,000 housing units so that we can install better facilities at a lower cost (18m²).

Currently, I am preparing a business plan with my friend who is the president of Gyeonggi-do Urban Development Corporation to produce modular assembly for the initial 500-1,000 units (capital and land already secured).
