Subscription Questions

Called number for customer service for Bowmar Nutrition that was listed. Got some clueless kid on the line that didn't seem to know his *** from *** in the ground. He actually asked me if I was sure I was calling from the right number!(?) He also said that the number I called was a customer service line but he didn't know anything about Bowmar Nutrition. What the *** was that?

No show of package

Never showed up at delivery address and waited 15 mins on phone to talk to someone and no answer. Terrible if they have so many issues that that many people are calling in. Took my money but never sent anything
