Need return authorization code for product purchase below. Purchased two shirts.

One 3X and one 2X. Its for a musical duo. The 3X fit fine. Need to return the 2X much too large for my husband.

Ive already ordered the extra large for him.

Ive emailed several times to obtain a return authorization code and have not heard anything. Please send return Authorization code.

Good quality shirts, although a bit pricey.

Seller however has zero concept of service. I placed an order and did not receive a receipt.

Had to go to my credit card statement to verify an order had been placed (and money psid$ !!?!?!?!??

Never received shipping/tracking data. Phoned several times and after several attempts actually talked to a human being: Lady said shirts would arrive in a few days. They did.

Super. But you will always wonder if youve been ripped off until the shirts arrive.

Go to a different seller.

This is the only message I have received in regards to returning items. I have emailed requesting an authorization email to send back the shirts but have not received anything. If I can not get anything to begin the return I will dispute the charges with my credit card company.

I ordered a shirt for my brother in law on the 23 of April 2019. Said it would be delivered in 5 to 7 working days.

It is now the 3rd of May and no shirt and have called and emailed them for an answer and have received no reply from them. No one ever answers the phone, it goes straight to voice mail asking you to leave your number and someone will get back to you. No one ever does. Left two emails with order number and two phone numbers and no one has ever called.

Might have just thrown my money away on this. Never will deal with them again.

Horrible customer service experience. I ordered a large size shirt and it was almost to my knees in length and I am almost 6 feet tall.

I called to complain and hoping for a proper exchange and the lady on the phone said that I should return and I have to pay for return shipping in order to get it exchanged.

she said some of these shirts are designed to be long and some are just regular size without noting the difference on the website … I used to be a loyal customer and I referred a lot of people to this place and I very much regret it , even the people that I know who ordered from the website complained about the same problem as the shirt being too long. They lost a good customer forever.

I recently ordered a bowling shirt which appeared very high end on their website. I received it today and I could get better quality clothing at Walmart. Very disappointing for the price.

I Ordered 7 items from www.bowlingconcepts.com. I Saw the following words "-No Hassle Returns, Plus Exchanges" and

did not read the fine print regarding returns.

BIG mistake! I Had to return 4 items and found There is a 20% restocking fee! So I had to pay $9 to ship them back plus an extra $32 for them to "restock".

I then found the same shirts a lot cheaper on amazon, after the fact of course! I did find a shirt to fit my 3x son and I probably would have ordered from them again, but not after the $32 gouge!
