Ball cracked

After drilling, the ball started to crack. Drilling was done by Funtime Pro Shop, overseen by a licensed driller.

I didn't get my refund.
- - Refund approved to original payment method on Nov 26, 2025, not received.
- - Customer reports no refund after a month and poor service, voicemail or AI.
I was approved for a refund for some defected bowling shoes. I was told I would get a refund back to my original payment method on Nov 26, 2025, and you said it would take 3-5 business days.
You all are liars and thieves. It's been over a month and nothing!! I've sent several emails and left messages. The only thing you can get is a voicemail or AI.
This is the worse customer service I've ever had. Do not do business with them.
