Poor customer service, won't take calls or answer emails. Their delivery choice will not answer calls either.
I have had good service until you have an issue, but then it feels like you are on your own. Not a good way to keep customers when they need help.

I did not receive my money back on my returned item
I ordered a lefthanded bowling brace. I got a righthanded bowling brace.
I sent it back and reordered lefthanded bowling brace ( storm product). They sent me a right-handed bowling brace. I sent it back and received nothing back. Just want a refund please!

Being charged for items never got dont have any thing else to say that would be good.If I go any further I might say the wrong thing

Crack bowling ball
The bowling cracked while sitting on my rack!! I'm not very happy or impressed!!
I still have the box with all the balls information on it.
But I can't find the receipt. It's not in the boxonen
