I need to cancel
They didnt have any lanes open for 4/16/2021 I just need my refund of my forty dollars back no bowling

I cannot even begin to believe how horrible my experience was tonight with a manager here locally. First off I am a disabled Veteran that has difficulty standing too long. After standing in line 15 minutes with my son to pay for another additional game to bowl, I stepped up to the counter and was approached by what was later realized was the Manager. The clerk at the counter was helping me so I could pay for an additional game when the Manager stated very rudely, "Next time you need to stand in line like everyone else." I then said to her I did stand in line, and then stated to her why are you being so rude? I then addressed the initial clerk to please get me the manager. The clerk chuckled and told me that the rude worker was in fact the manager. I then could not believe that a business would hire such a rude uninviting tatted up employee. I then asked for the main manager. When asking this the rude manager told me smiling and smurking that her main manager would be in the next day. I then did not address her anymore and proceeded to deal with the clerk. The clerk was very apologetic and told me that the rude manager should have never talked to me as such even if her manager has had a long day. The clerk thanked me for serving my country. I do not think I will ever step in this Bowlero ever again, even though I had been going to this particular Bowlero for about a week now. My goal is to hopefully not have any other customer experience such rude behavior again from this woman, especially from a manager at that.

Took my family along with another family to share some fun for the evening. Completely shocked by the prices. $70 for 5 people to bowl 1 game. $12 for 2 pints of bud light. Be it as it may, you have the right to set your pricing. What should NEVER happen with this kind of pricing is horrible customer service. The associate working the bowling counter was extremely rude, my wife took a picture when they gave us the lane which included trash, drinks, and old food at the lane. (It was like sitting down at a restaurant and no one cleaned the table from the previous guests). Filthy and disgusting! We had 9 people total in our group and several negative comments were made by many of them ages ranging from 15 - 45 years old. We were disappointed, dissatisfied, and vowed to NEVER return again. What a terrible experience. All 9 of us also stated that we will certainly protect our family, friends, and neighbors by publicly sharing our experience. No one should be treated like that or have to pay an outrageous price for this kind of treatment. I live 1 mile away and am determined to use my right to speak freely to shut Bowlero down!!!! I will exhaust myself to make this happen due to this poor experience. A night and an expense that I can never get back but one that I can certainly help others to never experience.
