Been bowling in your centers for 16 years. We fill your leagues and all of a sudden you cut us back on teams to let the Asians have a chance to bowl. Seems to me your loyal bowlers should come 1st.
Your lane conditions Suck, yet we still come out of loyalty. Bowerlo is a *** hole. Sad you have great employees but *** lanes and prices are way to high.

Terrible.
We have 5 front reservations and another group had 6 back and they sat in the front. Front desk wouldnt let us switch and we couldnt get a refund. It was terrible service and I would like my money back.

All smoke and mirrors. *** equipment that damages people's balls, lanes keep breaking down, and it's horribly expensive for the privilege of bowling there.
Even shoe rental is RIDICULOUS. Support a mom and pop alley!

Had the cops called on me for a bottle of water and some jolly ranchers candies, because I wouldn't take them to my car... Two managers Lailani and Summer are the ignorant and intolerable managers at this bowlero location, located in Montebello, California...
this happened yesterday during a Friday league 8/19/23, IN WHICH THEY PULLED ME FROM PLAYING MY THIRD GAME, after paying 30 dollar league fees..
These two uneducated idiots need to be fired from bowlero, and this company really needs to clean house due to their employee incompetence and extreme rudeness. Looking for a lawyer to sue the facility and the company.

Bowlero as a Whole
Bowlero is single handedly ruining the sport of bowling. Not a care in the world about their league bowlers, OUTRAGEOUS prices across the board, too cheap to maintain lane functionality and now the implementation of string pins?
This is disgusting. Thank you for giving bowling a bad name and for digging its grave.

I have ordered food and the food got delayed for more than 1 hour and I went and asked for food and they manually took the order later I am with my kids and they got super hungry this is not right

For your information, you’ve come to our city and DESTROYED YES DESTROYED 3 very established bowling centers. Your food prices are completely ridiculous, your management at west acres is rude.
As a whole, you have ruined the reputation of 3 great bowling facilities. West Acres manager is rude and obnoxious.
He can talk all the crap he wants to me, but when he is rude to my grandkids, youve crossed the line.
We will no longer use any Bowlero facilities ever again. Oh and as for your 5 point rating system, 0 I wont even give you a 1.

I recently went to your location at 8200 W State Rd 84 in Davie FL. During one of our games the lane no longer returned any of our balls.
When we finally were able to talk the manager into actually doing something about it, they all came back scratched up and with gross sticky stuff all over them. The manager did not comp our games, but reluctantly offered to have our balls cleaned by the pro shop. This was on 7/6/22.
I had not received a call from them, so I reached out today, and was told that they were not even touched, and no time estimate on when/if they would be done. Is there anything that can be done to help us out??

Me and my family went to bowlero
. The first thing I noticed was how much trash was floating around at the front door.
Secondly we spent over $300 there , so you would expect a good experience. We ordered food and it took over an hour at that point we were ready to leave, so I asked for a return on our money for the food. When I returned home I realized the receipt he gave me says cash yet I paid for it with a debt card.
This guy completely stole my money.
I will never go there again !!!!!!! Horrible buisness please don't go

I cannot even begin to believe how horrible my experience was tonight with a manager here locally. First off I am a disabled Veteran that has difficulty standing too long.
After standing in line 15 minutes with my son to pay for another additional game to bowl, I stepped up to the counter and was approached by what was later realized was the Manager. The clerk at the counter was helping me so I could pay for an additional game when the Manager stated very rudely, "Next time you need to stand in line like everyone else." I then said to her I did stand in line, and then stated to her why are you being so rude? I then addressed the initial clerk to please get me the manager. The clerk chuckled and told me that the rude worker was in fact the manager.
I then could not believe that a business would hire such a rude uninviting tatted up employee. I then asked for the main manager. When asking this the rude manager told me smiling and smurking that her main manager would be in the next day. I then did not address her anymore and proceeded to deal with the clerk.
The clerk was very apologetic and told me that the rude manager should have never talked to me as such even if her manager has had a long day. The clerk thanked me for serving my country.
I do not think I will ever step in this Bowlero ever again, even though I had been going to this particular Bowlero for about a week now. My goal is to hopefully not have any other customer experience such rude behavior again from this woman, especially from a manager at that.
Bowlero - Customer Care Review
Took my family along with another family to share some fun for the evening. Completely shocked by the prices.
$70 for 5 people to bowl 1 game. $12 for 2 pints of bud light. Be it as it may, you have the right to set your pricing. What should NEVER happen with this kind of pricing is horrible customer service.
The associate working the bowling counter was extremely rude, my wife took a picture when they gave us the lane which included trash, drinks, and old food at the lane. (It was like sitting down at a restaurant and no one cleaned the table from the previous guests). Filthy and disgusting! We had 9 people total in our group and several negative comments were made by many of them ages ranging from 15 - 45 years old.
We were disappointed, dissatisfied, and vowed to NEVER return again. What a terrible experience. All 9 of us also stated that we will certainly protect our family, friends, and neighbors by publicly sharing our experience. No one should be treated like that or have to pay an outrageous price for this kind of treatment.
I live 1 mile away and am determined to use my right to speak freely to shut Bowlero down!!!!
I will exhaust myself to make this happen due to this poor experience. A night and an expense that I can never get back but one that I can certainly help others to never experience.
