I hired this company to improve the SEO of my website and to do the Adwords audit of my campaigns (kitesurfsardinia.it). We agreed for a consultant service for 600 euro month.
I had a very good communication with the Ceo Marcus Miller before the first payment...after that he vaporized. he came back to me after 24 days, without a real plan or strategy of what to do. I didn't get any report on the website, what competitors are doing etc. they never logged on my adwords campaings even that I autorized their google profile..so I paid 600 euro in one month to get nothig.

Hi Alex. Just stumbled across this.I am sincerely really sorry that this did not work out.
The fact was that this was a complicated job.It was a local business that was based on a beach. And that had no physical address - which is a key factor in local search.And then there were serious technical issues with the site itself. So, our recommendation was that we (at no extra charge) quickly rebuilt the site in WordPress so we had a solid foundation to work with.I appreciate it did take longer than it should have to get back to you. But this was largely in part to the problems and looking at the best possible way to play this for you.
And with us on the cusp of your season we really needed more time to figure out how to play this as it was not a standard local business in the eyes of Google due to the beach location. Certainly, we would have had to experiment to see what got you the best results.We take all of our customers satisfaction really seriously so I am honestly upset that you left us feeling so unhappy.RegardsMarcus
