Unhappy with service

We booked tickets with bow tie online, was promised on the phone that we would get our 4 childrens student discount when we arrived and showed our student cards and was told by the manager Sue at the bow tie in Saratoga NY that they could not handle that situation at the theater multiple times. We spent $125.50 that night not including food/drinks.
We just wanted to save $11-$13 dollars so that we could come back to see more movies. I would appreciate some sort of refund or free tickets for 7 peoplethank you.
