Although a BBB complaint has been lodged there has been no response from the Bovee Company...very disappointing.

While putting in part of a concrete walkway, the crew totally destroyed the sprinkler pipes and wiring under the walkway. The crew was aware of this as they left lots of cut wires lying around. They never notified me that they had damaged anything. I was not aware of this until the sprinkler system was turned on several months later. The repair needed by the sprinkler system is extensive and expensive. When I notified the company about this I was told that they didn't accept any responsibility at all. They did not offer to pay for part of the repairs which I thought was the least they could do.
