Placed an order for 2 bottles of the limited edition "You Missed" bourbon to be given as gifts. When the order was received only 1 bottle had the front label depicting the type of bourbon that is in the bottle.
We emailed the company explaining the issue, and we were given a return label to send it back, so the bottle could be replaced with one that had the label. The replacement bottle was received toady, AGAIN missing the label. I contacted the company and was told that when the bottles are received from the distributor they are in lots of 6 and only 3 would have the label. The customer service lady said they could not guarantee that if it were sent back a second time it would be correct (even though we were told originally it would be replaced with the label).
We were offered to send it back for a full refund or keep it, and receive a partial refund.
So at the end of the day we are left with a partial refund and "limited edition" bottle of whiskey that is not so "limited". I can say for certain that we will not recommend this company to anyone, nor will we EVER do business with them again.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Never received my order due to poor delivery system. The product was sent back by the GLS delivery company and my refund got shorted as they charged me a restock fee which they called a TIP
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
This issue has been resolved as they did refund me 100%. This ends my issue and they are a legit company.
They need to use a different delivery system as the one that gave the problem has no pickup station in my area. Recommend UPS or FEDEX next time.
I also notified the delivery company, they assured me I would get email updates to track delivery. Never received one notification and the guy never left a note or any indication when he would be back. After THREE more delivery attempts at times no one would be home they sent the package back, and I was unfairly charged for their non communication. I want a full refund as I also paid for shipping insurance.
I paid the 211.00 and got back 143.00. Charged for frustration.
