Refuse to credit $76

It has been over a month since Bountiful Baskets cancels a delivery. It was rescheduled for two weeks later. Canceled again, yet no reschedule date. Two weeks later I receive a call asking why I was not picking up basket. I advise her I received no info that I was to pick up basket. She says she is only the one who helps at site with distribution and will have administrator call me. Still after two phone calls and two more emails, no response. They are stealing my money.
