- - I canceled my account and was told there would be no charges.

They stopped billing me. My advice is to contact pissed consumer.
Boundless is horrible. They charge a lot of money and do nothing.
It's a scam in my belief. Plus they're unprofessional. Every time I made an appt to talk to someone there, they somehow got the date it was set for wrong so I was never able to talk to anyone except for one time. Plus, I was initially assigned to a representative who had such a strong accent I never understood anything she said.
My phone calls and emails were never answered they ignored me cancellation request and are still billing me. They're a scam. And the client had to do ask the leg work, all the filing.
Everything. All they do is tell you if what you've done on the own looks ok
But they just charged me today for the month and the charge is 3x the amount I would normally have been billed if I hadn't closed the account. Also, I cancelled my account because boundless will only review what you've client has done with no help from them. So with boundless immigration, the client does ALL THE WORK. the client files everything and does all the leg work, while boundless only looks over what you've done and tells you if it looks ok, plus they never returned even one of my phone calls, and never made the appts I had set up with them; they got the date the appt was on wrong every time.
I initially had a representative with such a strong accent I was never able to understand anything she said. If I could give boundless less then 1 star review I would

No I will do it myself
We needed more then a year to complete ours.
But they said they would cancel our account because of this time constraint in their contract.
We paid in full, and they refused to issue any kind of a refund. Stating its limited to a month or less after purchase.
During the time we were uploading documents I did not find them helpful.
And when talking with them by email or phone call, I would get someone new.
And its like they would not remember anything we previously discussed.
Just awful. I do not recommend them at all.
