Ripped off by Boundless Immigration
No I will do it myself
We needed more then a year to complete ours.
But they said they would cancel our account because of this time constraint in their contract.
We paid in full, and they refused to issue any kind of a refund. Stating its limited to a month or less after purchase.
During the time we were uploading documents I did not find them helpful.
And when talking with them by email or phone call, I would get someone new.
And its like they would not remember anything we previously discussed.
Just awful. I do not recommend them at all.

Called customer support, got application updated. Now everything looks good. Hopefully now the process will be complete.
