Order never shipped out, confused customer service

AI Highlights
  • - Ordered a brown bag on April 8.
  • - It was out of stock and olive or black was offered.
  • - As of Apr 17, it hasn't shipped.

Placed an order for a brown bag on April 8th; they contacted me 5 days later, saying it was out of stock and they had olive or black available. I replied that olive was fine; please ship.

It is now April 17th, and the order has yet to be shipped. Not planning on doing business with a company that cares so little about customer experience.

Have a question about EBULB

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - They ask about Ebulb outage lighting, 8-hour fixture charging, and lamp-on vs socket charging.
  • - They have six bulbs and want best charging method.

No review or complaint just a question. If I use the Ebulb in a light fixture and use it normally then a power outage occurs will the bulb light up?

Secondly, I know I can charge it by putting it in a light fixture for 8 hours but then should I take it out and save it for an emergency? Third, if I want to charge it by putting it in a lamp fixture must I turn the lamp on or will it charge just by being in the socket? Sorry if these questions sound dumb but I just want to make sure Im charging the bulbs the best and efficient way. We have 6 of them.

Thanks for responding please? Larry C
