BANKCARD WAS COMPROMISED

As soon as I get a new credit card, I'll call. Somebody tried to get $246 off my card, and the bank closed it down.

I will call and pay when the bank sends me a new card. Sorry.

B OUNCIE has been patient that my credit card was compromised-I dont have another bank card until new one arrives but I cud SEE readings on my app when it was being used. I cant wait to call back in n get BOUNCIE on my phone AGAIN.

ONCE I get a new credit card I would like to activate again. I do have proof from Bank if needed.

Can’t sign in.. need assistance

I've subscribed to Bouncie about 7 years ago. Always when I selected the app, the info was there to view.

Today it's telling me to sign in. I don't recall my sign-in information.

Theres no way to talk to someone and get customer service. The phone number doesnt work and you have to send an email. I dont wanna sign up with a company that has no way to call them.

App stop working and trip details sometimes gives you wrong day

I tried to get to speak with live person it was never no one to speak to I kept doing what the app said to do I was missing data and missing trips not showing up

Lost my device and trying to locate it but no luck. if you can replace it with the new device without any charge then i would like to continue with the service. no customer service, very unhappy
