Stuart Adams, Owner of www.bouldersbythesea.com 7612 5th Ave N, St Petersburg, FL 33710-**** Can you really trust a man that would ripoff a disabled veteran? Stuart was selling new Starite pool pumps on Craigslist. Paid up front over $2000 for equipment but he only filled half the agreed upon order. This was mail order so no recourse. He still owes more than $1000 refund but he refuses to pay. Wants his bounced check back first. I have been waiting for over three years He has no excuse for Stealing my hard earned cash

User's recommendation: Do not give this man money upfront. He will rip you off. Make sure work is completed first.

DI purchased 2 intellaflow pool pumps mail order from the owner of www bouldersbythesea com Stuart. He had me deposit cash into his bank account at my local Wells Fargo. Stuart shipped 1 pump which arrived damaged. Stuart refused to ship second pump and mailed a refund check that has a stop payment. I am a service connected disabled veteran on a pension and cannot afford the loss of $1110.

User's recommendation: Do not do business with www.bouldersbythesea.com or Stuart.
