My package was delivered to my locked postal service box. Inside i foiund the box ripped open and no book inside.
I reported it to the postal inspection service. I do not want to be charged for something I didnt get.

I dont remember ordering this Bottomline Yearbook and cannot use it. This is the reason why I am requesting a return label so I can give it back to the company.

I have repeatedly asked for the account to be closed and not to send any more books.the only response I get is another statement wanting payment for something I didn’t accept from the postal service and had them return to sender. The most recent book returned to them and came back with please send forwarding address.
This account had belonged to my mother and she died last January. I don’t know what the forwarding address is for Heaven.
Also if I continue to receive these books in the mail must I return them each time or keep them? I didn’t order them therefore I’m not going to pay for them.
Since then when receiving the book from you I send them back unopened and when receiving the statement from you I send them back with a letter explaining the reason I am not sending payment and requesting that you remove her from your program and accounts.
The last attempt I made to send you the book back, I again received the book with instructions to provide a forwarding address. If you have an address for HEAVEN please forward it to me and I will send your product and payment statements to her.

Your customer has passed away. I am her daughter and have been trying to reach you through letters by mail and by returning your packages to cancel her association with your company. All attempts have been unsuccessful and, after a year, it is still happening.

I did not order the year book but they sent it anyway. I took it to the post office immediately and returned it. I am now being billed for it and I didn’t order it and I don’t want it c
Make sure when a book is returned unopened the customer isnt billed for it. I would prefer a phone # to talk to someone and explain the problem so it can be resolved.
I have been a customer for many years. This has aggravated me.

I have never gotten the book that I am being billed for ,all I had gotten was an empty box which I took to the post office and they told me to return box and a note refusal to accept which I did but I got a bill today for a partial or whole payment for a product that I had never gotten I had ordered it but never got

I ordered a free book through BottomLine Personal, The Scam-Busters Handbook, which I believe went to an old address. My new address is 6080 Flagstaff Walk, McDonough, GA 30252. Can it be resent and the new address noted for future reference?
