SCAM SCAM SCAM PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR CONSIDERING EMPLOYMENT. First and foremost, the company is a scam. The "gift card bundle" that everyone wins is 25 dollars to a website were everything is 100 plus. You will not get a thing free. The analysis is rigged to show bad water to make you want to buy 10000 dollar water system that wont work in a few years. Technicians have criminal backgrounds and go into peoples homes scooping it out. As far as employment goes, just stay away. The marketing manager Kennisha not only does drugs but she is also unprofessional and acts like a child whenever Blair(1/4 of the owners) is there. Blair and "Reggie" (2/4 owners) are in a sexual relationship which causes Blair to hardly ecer be in the office and when she is she is rude andinsensitive. . They discriminate for many reasons to include or not limited to skin color, gender, and disabilities such as lists or speech impediment. Will fire anyone without reasoning and take their commission as their own. There is a law suit in the works. Please steer clear!

A valve busted..leaked water under my floor & caused damage. I’m being told it’s not covered wth?

These guys are great. I had a water line bust (nothing to do with the system) I called them for help, they were here in a matter of minutes, fixed the leak and had my water back up and running. VERY professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!!

They will give you empty promises, rip you off, and then management will be condescending towards you for suffering through postpartum depression and stupidly falling for their scams - and couldn't care less about you or any resolutions. I've tried contacting them a handful of times and they won't do a thing. Their product "may" deliver cleaner water, but that's it. None of the other claims they make are accurate and the "5 year free membership to natural soap" is another scam that you're paying for... and to top it off, the soap is NOT natural.. Nor will your water bills lessen. But you'll be stuck paying an outrageous amount for junk - since you can buy a top-notch system for 1/4 the price elsewhere.
